They sent my hearing aids out for repaid and I wasn't a patient yet. When they came back the audiologist did various adjustments that had never been done before, and the hearing aids now work exceptionally well. I would recommend Preferred Hearing Care. I am now a patient/client.

Needs more stars than 5 ought to be 10!! Have worn hearing aids for 40+ years following scuba diving incident. Nancy is by far, the best audiologist I have dealt with. Is a wearer and so empathy question is immediately sorted. Amazingly adept technically. I went for new Aids, she took my old faded ones, plugged them in and had them working to my increased requirement.She is straight forward, honest, sensible and treats you’ve though you are the only patient she has. I could go on, I am so impressed, but suffice it to sum up by saying that she is the Best and if you need to travel far to visit, do so - you will not be disappointed!

Preferred Hearing care, specifically Nancy Sideris has been a boom to my life. She spent 2 hours with us orienting us to my new Starkey hearing aide as she demonstrated compassion, deep knowledge, understanding, patience with a nice sense of humor. No question felt stupid and my hearing has improved dramatically over my previous 5 year experience with a different hearing aide and provider. Thank you Nancy!!
