I had major issues with the company I bought my hearing aids from. Joshua Heldt was great. Adjusted my Starkey hearing aides so they are now working great. Took the time to explain and show me how to operate and care for my aides. Thank you for helping me.

Thorough hearing test for free as part of my Medicare Advantage plan. No pressure to buy hearing aids. They just presented the options and were very helpful.
My second appointment since I got my hearing aids and Dustin was AWESOME! He adjusted my settings for softer sounds and it sounds much clearer. I would highly recommend him helping me get the best use out of your hearing aids. This is about third visit with Dustin and he is terrific to work with he adjusted my hearing aids and they are working Great. I highly recommend Dustin!
