I had an urgent eye concern, and Dr. Chinn and his team were kindly fit me in for a prompt checkup. Dr. Chinn performed a thorough exam and took the time to explain the issue, the recommended care plan and next steps. I felt well cared for and would highly recommend them.

Dr. Janovitch is the best optometrist I have ever encountered. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and truly goes the extra mile to find the best possible prescription for your eyes. Dr Chinn is great. He does a comprehensive eye exam, is very friendly, and answers all my questions. The front staff and technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall it’s a great experience and I highly recommend Dr Chinn and his team.

It was my first time ever getting my eyes checked. I didn’t know what to expect. The receptionists were inviting and welcoming. Introducing me to the plans and how it will all go down. The doctor that helped me was also kind and she showed me how to help my eye sight improve, giving me great information. Overall I had a great experience for someone who hasn’t had their eyes checked before. Would recommend 10/10

I’ve been a patient from Precision Eyecare Centers, now FYidoctors, and I just want to recommend this location, not sure about the whole chain now, but the staff and doctor at the Mountain View location are amazing and caring.
