I called the office twice to make a new patient appointment no one answers the phone. I left a message it took them 2 weeks to call me back. I reluctantly made an appt for December 22 at 2 pm unfortunately my mom had surgery and I needed to cancel my appointment. I called twice on 12/18 and 4 times on 12/19 including leaving a message with answering service. Every time I cannot speak to a person it goes to voicemail. I then received a message they are trying to confirm my appointment please cancel my appointment I do not want to see a doctor that when i call the office and no one answers the phone. Thank you

I spoke to the office 3 time lawnwood hospital referred Dr Joseph to me I made 3 attempts to make follow office appointments. The office lady said she would get back to me but I haven't haven't heard back with an appointment yet.

Great experience with this Dr. He treated my mom with great care.

I don't know what is happening with customer service & doctors front staff's... they ALL must be overworked, under appreciated, or just like to be short and rude. Doctors, train your staff; if they are going to read lab results, EXPECT questions. If they are going to call to reschedule, EXPECT us to take a nano-second and check our schedules. YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY BUSY PEOPLE. Customer Service is still a requirement, even at a doctors office. Get a grip on interactions, use manners, use patience; we have choices where we keep our health!!!!

Dr Joseph has returned my life to normal for over a year. I had gastritis and have IBS, he never diminished my pain and completed thorough examinations, procedures, and follow up
