We just spent over $2,000 on glasses here and we received the BEST customer service. Belinda provides exceptional customer service and we really appreciate her assistance throughout the entire process. You have other awesome people working at this store, but it is Belinda that brings us back. We have purchase glasses here for years and will continue to do so. I just had my first visit with Dr. Patel (updating my prescriptions) and it was wonderful! The nurse, Natalie, who took you back and did your initial work up was very sweet and personable. Dr. Patel was great! He was thorough with his exam. He listened to me and gave me excellent recommendations for caring for my eyes with contacts. He genuinely seems to have a passion for his profession! Highly recommend!

I've been seeing Dr Patel for years and haven't had any problems, but I have a pretty weak prescription. My wife decided to get her exam here this year, and it has led to a multi-month fiasco finally coming to an end. The exam seemed rushed and he never really got her to a point where she could see clearly before giving her a prescription. Glasses were ordered and she couldn't really see. Tried to give it some time to get used to progressive lenses. After 2-3 weeks, she still couldn't really see and requested a re-examination. He completely REFUSES to do re-examinations except weekday mornings. Then he still never got her seeing well during the exam and said his original prescription was right and proceeded to, rather condescendingly, lecture her about getting to an age where glasses ca
