They saved my weekend!!! I’m traveling from Omaha, NE. The nose piece from my glasses began to tear. I stopped in, and they replaced both nose pieces without any charge. Extremely friendly and super helpful. While I was waiting 3 minutes 😁, They receptionist welcomed several customers by name. Only in a business where they love their customers, would the receptionist remember your name. Thank you.

My visit was a good experience, from the time I came in the door until I left. I appreciate Dr. Sanger who keeps a close watch on the health of my eyes. So thankful this excellent eye care is available in Broken Bow. Up to date equipment and friendly caring staff.

Dr. Sanger is very thorough and meticulous. He works very well with his patients to find the right prescription and treat medical issues to keep everyone happy. My dad had surgery and his vision was fuzzy. Dr. Sanger fixed all of that so that my dad could see!

The last three pairs of glasses if gotten from this place have been wrong. The same with my wife's. We get the run around they send the glasses back to to the lab and they come back the same or worse. On a few occasions when it was a lens issue they tried to blame us. Today is a new start for my eyes!

Amazing visit. Drove an hour to see Dr. Jincy. Super modern, clean and comfortable office. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
