Great customer service! Orders always arrive on time. I have been a customer for many years!

Ordered from this company and the items did not work for our office. When trying to return- they would not provide return shipping label and wanted to charge a restocking fee. We were already charged 14.95 for shipping.(very light plastic items) This was not original stated when purchasing. Would not recommend. Not worth the hassle. Amy D.

This is by far the worst dental supply company I have ever dealt with. It seems like they pretend to care about the customers when they care about their bottom line. Andrew with the customer service department was of no help whatsoever. I was then transferred to Joan who is the manager. She was also no help and was very rude to me. They keep trying to push their awful membership and are very aggressive with it. Calling me randomly to solicit me into buying it. If they truly cared about dentistry then they would sell better-quality products. Never going here again

Worst dental supply company, charge higher prices - even after paying for their membership fee - no recourse for cancellations and refunds. Brought a curing light - which i couldn't cancel after order was placed, paid for the shipping and was told shipping is not covered for the return unless the product is defective??? I will never use this company again. Lots of better ones out there who appreciate their customers and don't 'nickel and dime'.

I placed my first order with Practicon. I would like to say that it has been a pleasure speaking with the employees there. However, I was very disappointed in the the product that i ordered:Imprinted Clear Unfilled 4 1/2 x 10 SmileGoods Patient Paks. On the site you can see that they imprinted area is centered and the print is fairly proportional to there colorful logo "SmileGoods". When I received the bags our information was mini-scull to say the least, not centered, and very faint in ink quality; unlike the colorful large "SmileGoods" Print. Its seems that we invested in advertising for SmileGoods not in our office. Very disappointing especially since i Asked for a Proof to be sent, which is not part of there protocol.
