I am a competitive athlete in events from 5K to Half-Ironman and have experienced numerous injuries over the years. I underwent Achilles tendon repair January 2025 which gave me the opportunity to start over on my fitness journey. I decided to do things "right" with my recovery and re-establishing my fitness and sought out Dr. Hill's advice. I have completed his intro PR MD Running program and have just started the Advanced program. I highly recommend this program for anyone, but it is a MUST for athletes! Our bodies need strength and a solid base/foundation to meet the demands we place on them. This program does just that! The text descriptions and the videos to show the exercises are helpful and informative! I have just started training for a Half-Marathon and credit this program

I signed up for Dr. Hill's PR MD Beginner's course on the advice of two prior participants and a physical therapist after losing a running season to a plantar fasciitis injury. I really enjoyed this class and how his guidance and exercises are based upon science and making people more resilient against running injuries. He sets the class up for all skill levels and teaches proper form for all exercises. I look forward to taking his advanced class!

I reached out to Kasey while nearing the end of my second pregnancy with the goal of having a well rounded plan for returning to post-partum running. He provided an extensive plan for safely working on strength until I was ready to run again. I then enrolled in his virtual beginning strength for runners class and loved the flexible at home program that made strength training realistic as a mom with two very young children. I love the weekly two workout format and found each week’s programming to be evidenced based and purposeful for supporting running, and most importantly injury prevention, as my goal. Outstanding Strength Class for Runners – Coaches Kasey and Megan Deliver Results: I can’t recommend this weightlifting class enough for runners or anyone looking to improve mobility, strength, and overall performance. Over the 10-week program, Coaches Kasey and Megan provided knowledgeable, supportive, and well-structured instruction that made all the difference. When I started, I wasn’t running at all due to chronic discomfort, mobility limitations, and lack of strength. By the end of the class, I was able to run 3 miles completely pain-free—a milestone I hadn’t reached in a long time.
