This place was my go to dentist for a very long time. I dont know what the hell changed recently, but they're not the same. Me and my family were lied to numerous times. Once about our insurance declining (and when we called the insurance company, they confirmed they never even ran a check of our insurance). The second time was telling my spouse wrong information about the condition of his mouth and what was needed for it. We have since found a new dentist, and found that if we had gone through the plan that Powers place had, it would have worsened things and been far more expensive for very little to show for it. Absolutely disgusted by the service the past few times I went. Lady at the desk was incredibly rude and nosey, and repeatedly made my spouse feel self conscious over the situat

I had the best experience at the dentist yesterday! I am a new patient and was so welcomed. Everyone introduced themselves. New patients receive a teeth whitening kit for free. There’s a super cute office dog that made the place feel even more inviting and less like a dentist office. Rachel was a very kind hygienist! She was the first ever hygienist that has cleaned my teeth without laying me completely flat, which is nice so that you’re not blinded by the lights. She also made sure to say to let her know if anything got too uncomfortable and I needed a break. Dr. Powers was so helpful in explaining some orthodontic options for my teeth. He was also welcoming and very knowledgeable! It took me a few weeks to get a new patient appointment, but I’m so happy to have found a great practice

I have been going to this office for 54 years. Dr. Powers is very easy to talk to and answers any questions I might have. My husband, son and granddaughter also are patients. As well as Dr. Powers, all of his staff are amazing. I have know them a little longer and enjoy talking with them. I would highly recommend Dr. Powers, he gets a 10 in my book.
