Buyer beware. Product purchased months ago, receipt not provided or retained. Product expiration not fulfilled, meaning product still active or within limits. Pharmacist manager refused return or merchandise credit. I will stay with reliable chain. Generally nice folks but unreliable practices. Great way to make money or take advantage of customer.

It is not only exciting to have an independent pharmacy in town but to have one that makes you want to linger with all the pretty things that they carry. We are thrilled to have a place where you can get flu shots, prescriptions filled and assorted skin care products. Not to mention assorted gifts such as LAFCO and NEST candles.

We switched from a series of major chain pharmacies, to Pound Ridge Pharmacy, and I'm so glad we did. The pharmacy staff have been kind, helpful, and very quick to process prescriptions. The store is conveniently located so that I can pop in to the grocery store next door for a few essentials while waiting for a rx to be filled, or I can look through the nicely curated selection of gifts and self care items. It always feels better supporting community based small businesses, and it's even better when they offer great service and competitive pricing. I'm very happy they're our pharmacy and would, and do, happily recommend them.

Big shout out to Tina @ Pound Ridge Pharmacy. I was in desperate need of a prescription this afternoon, and when I walked in a few minutes after it (literally) had been called in, Tina was able to fill it very quickly and without any issue. I have used Pound Ridge Pharmacy for years, and their pharmacy service has always been impeccable and professional. The rest of the staff are equally friendly and knowledgeable, and I am grateful to be able to use them.

One star for the comedy. Every time I step into Pound Ridge Pharmacy, I brace myself for the passive-aggressive “surveillance” routine. God forbid I browse the overstuffed kids’ section in peace—within seconds, someone is peeking over the aisle like I’m about to swipe a pacifier. Subtlety is not their strength. You’d think with all the junk they sell—incense candles, dusty seasonal leftovers, and overpriced novelty socks—they could invest in a camera or two instead of sending a parade of suspicious glances my way. The irony? I buy something every single time. Yet the treatment never changes—whether it’s the awkward male pharmacist or whatever cashier is on rotation that week.
