From the receptionists to the nurses and doctors, everyone here was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They were always happy to answer any questions I had, which made me feel comfortable and confident going into my surgery. Dr. Ward was amazing, and my recovery process was smooth and much easier than I expected. I had such a great experience overall and would highly recommend this office!

This oral surgery team is Top of the line. From speaking to staff on the phone, to the actual service. Everyone was kind, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Everything was explained fully before proceeding. I felt like I was being heard and not just shuffled through. I highly recommend this office. I had Dr Gribb. He was great!

Let me start by saying, "if you have severe anxiety over going to the dentist, you have to read my review". If you are looking for a place that will treat you right, stop right here. Your experience will start with a very pleasant receptionist, Kathryn. Next, you will be taken back to a room for x-rays and to go over your medical history by the sweetest nurse on earth, Jo. She was so kind, and thoughtful. Then you'll have the privilege to meet and talk to your doctor. I had Dr. Jacob Gribb. From the moment I shook his hand and heard his voice, he put me at ease. I knew I'd be in good hands. And to my surprise, at the end of the day, Dr. Gribb called me at home to see how I was feeling. This place may be a large office, but it gives you the small, home town, personal touch service

Dr. Lignelli is amazing and made my experience here very enjoyable. I was extremely anxious about getting 4 teeth extracted under general anesthesia and Dr. Lignelli calmed me down with his hilarious dad jokes. The whole team at this office is so friendly and reassuring! I would highly recommend Dr. Lignelli and the whole team here at Pottstown Oral Surgery!!!

Our local dentist recommended this office to my wife for a wisdom teeth extraction. It has been one of the best healthcare experiences we've had in a long time. At every step, the costs were honestly explained to us and expectations regarding insurance have been transparent. Dr. Roland's work has healed cleanly with no lasting complications. He stressed that he wanted us to come if we had any concerns, and that any follow-up visits were covered cost of the operation. We took him up on his offer 3 days later (at the time of peak swelling, which the nurse on the phone thought was probably normal) and the office fit us in that afternoon; he reassured us that things looked normal and gave us some antibiotics to prevent infection. Although we could tell we were quite different from the people
