I've been a patient at Potts Dental for a while now, and I can't say enough good things about this office. The entire team is incredibly professional yet super friendly – they make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. Everything was thoroughly explained to me before and during my procedures, which put my mind at ease right away. I've struggled my whole life with difficulty numbing up at dentists (and even doctors), but the staff here took extraordinary care to ensure I was completely comfortable and sufficiently numbed before proceeding. I absolutely love Potts Dental. The staff is professional, caring & knowledgeable. Dr. Potts is friendly, gentle & so up to date on the newest in dental procedures. I came from a dentist that was still using an old x-ray machine & hiding behind a wall...so refreshing to see the new tech! I get so nervous when it comes to dental work, he & his crew are patient, aware & comforting.
