The friendliest people — from the reception desk to the entire medical staff. Dr. Abad is a complete professional in her work and manner. She listens to concerns, answers questions and explains what’s going on— The work (cavity filled today) is done quickly, efficiently and (most important) mostly painless. Despite having moved out of the neighborhood years ago, I keep coming back. San Bruno Ave in the Portola neighborhood is easy to get to via Muni 8 (express from downtown) or nearby 44 which is a 15m ride to Glen Park BART — Highly recommended.

I started going many yrs ago when I lived in that neighborhood, and have kept going through 3 dentists (who have all been fine), but it's Marelda the fabulous and gentle hygienist who keeps me coming back! My husband (also a patient of "Dr. Frannie") and I are both doing Invisalign at a great price.

I can't believe it's taken me so long to write this review - my family and I have been going to Dr. Franny for a couple or few years now. We switched from a dentist who was all about getting us in and out, without much bedside manner, and who didn't seem to care about us as people. Switching to Dr. Franny and her team was such a breath of fresh air. Dr. Franny is genuinely nice, comes across as motherly, is very considerate, always checks in to make sure you're OK, and takes the time to explain everything that she's doing, ensuring that you understand before she moves forward.
