We have taken many of our animals to Portland Veterinary Clinic and have been beyond satisfied every single time. The entire staff is professional, respectful, and truly cares about both the pets and their owners. The employees are always personable and welcoming, which makes every visit a positive experience. Dr. Bader is, without a doubt, the most caring veterinarian we have ever dealt with. His compassion and dedication to animals truly set him apart. There is no question that this clinic genuinely loves animals and deeply values their clients. 🩷🩷

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Bader and his team. He takes the time to explain things and why the recommended treatment plan makes sense. He’s honest and straightforward with information. I’ve never felt rushed or like I didn’t get a thorough answer. Highly recommend this office!

We were on our way to Portland for Thanksgiving when we were involved in a serious car wreck. Our tiny 15 year old Yorkie mix was in the car with us and my husband and I were injured. Relatives took him to a near by emergency vet (Dayton) who initially cleared him. That night when we were all back together he began showing signs of pain. We called Dr Bader, unfortunately he was out of town, but he moved heaven and earth and arranged to get us pain meds that night. With in an hour our dog was back to normal. He’s still got pain as we all do as we recover but the meds will get him through the drive back to South Carolina where he can be seen by our vet. Sooo much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving and not the least of these, Dr Bader. 💕-All the best, Cammy, Todd, and Dude

Amazing experience both times we have had to have our cats in and they are very reasonably priced. When our kitten was injured they prioritized getting him checked same day as quickly as they could and got into contact with his x rays incredibly quickly. We will be taking all of our animals here in the future.
