I’ve been taking my pug to Porter Pet Hospital for the past year and will continue doing so. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Annie is the best! Most importantly they tend to my pug very well. When I had to make frequent visits, he would oblige to be walked by an aide without any hesitation (lol). Highly recommend their services!

Poet had a great experience: she's very uneasy about new settings, but everybody made her feel entirely safe and loved 💖😻 True Professionals and Protectors, Real Guardian Angels!! I also have anxieties loll and the receptionist, nurses, and doctor melted all of them away. The place is filled with warm, beautiful faces ☀️ Poet's eye is all better, it healed almost immediately!! The eye drops helped, but more than anything Poet was healed by your Love. She looked happy, totally aware that people care so much about her health 💜 Thank You with all of our hearts, we are eternally grateful to you!! Spectacular human beings, naturally gifted, genuinely empathetic, highly experienced, patient, focused, and making everyone feel like family 🪷🩷🍀 All of our love and gratitude to you!

Terrible service. Terrible clinic , Terrible customer service. 10 days ago I took my dog for a check to find out about the growth on her leg and the limping. The doctor seen my pet and took biopsy charged me almost 500$ , said will call with results in 3 days . It took place on Tuesday 11 days ago . They claimed to be open 7 days a week . Today is Friday 29 th , still don’t have the results. Buy the most annoying situation is that I left multiple messages and I keep calling every day and leaving messages. Zero return calls back .Most of the days, they don’t pick up the phone , on Wednesday 8 days later I was able to speak to someone and I was told that someone will call me , but guess what? Nobody has called. And naturally nobody is picking up the phone on Thursday or Friday ( today ) . I

They were able to see us as a walk-in and I couldn’t be more thankful. In the morning our dog was attacked by another dog in our apartment complex, and although there was no serious medical emergency required, we still wanted to take our pup in as soon as possible to make sure nothing else was wrong. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the vet that saw our pup was very informative to us and assured us our dog would be okay. It was definitely a very stressful day but this pet hospital helped put us at ease and reduced our worries. We just recently moved to this area so I believe this will be our new vet for regular checkups. They are also affordable and not too expensive. Would definitely recommend.

November 24, 2023 Updated Just found out this place is a a Corporation, no longer private practice owned by vets but a corporation business. Which now make so much sense why the quality of the care for the pets has left this company. Looks like it's been around 5 years now since it was bough?? Not 100% sure but for sure, went from privately own to a corporation owned. How sad.. bring your family members at your own risk but you have been warned. March 29, 2022 update The quality oh they veterinarian has gone down. The prices are expensive, and they service is awful. You cant go in, you never meet the vet face to face. All you get is a phone call. I feel like they are just out to charge all they can with out regard to the animal. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. Vet
