Port Health Pharmacy New Bern

I don't go to port itself but I do use the pharmacy and out of all the years I lived in New Bern which is about 38 yrs Barbara and her staff are exceptional, very polite, professional and patient. I have called these beautiful people a couple times a month asking for a cash price on different amounts of my meds which they are so very busy and I know it has to be aggravating but they are so patient with me and never once have made me feel like a bother. Now Barbara the pharmacist now that's my home girl! She is very professional but at the same time is down to earth and doesn't mind laughing at of making a joke, great sense of humor. I’ve been going to Port Health and their pharmacy since 2020. Port Health and Port Pharmacy are absolutely incredible!! The entire pharmacy staff are exceptionally talented, knowledgeable and friendly. The are compassionate and expedient. The only concern for me is that the counselor’s and therapist’s are always changing or leaving. The new doctor (Dr Zhu) is awesome too! Highly recommend Port Health to anyone that is experiencing mental health or addiction issues.

Pharmacy it self is great, their delivery driver? No so much, complains about being outside his delivery range even tho I’m in Jacksonville, so now I have to leave work in the middle of the day & drive to port because he doesn’t want to do his job & drive 6 extra miles to my house

The girls there are so nice. They treat everyone in a polite helpful manner.
