Try for 2 days to speak to someone to answer a simple question. No response, message not returned. Poor communication.

This doctors office was extremely unhelpful. I was a first time patient and had to reschedule 3 times just for my first visit because they “did not see it in the system”. I finally was able to get my first visit and the doctor himself was amazing!!! After that appointment we scheduled an ultrasound, I showed up for my ultrasound and they didn’t even have someone in the building able to do it. So not only did I have to take time off from work but didn’t even get the medical care I was there for in the first place. They ended up rescheduling me again. Long story short I’ve found a new primary who’s office isn’t a bunch of clowns and I will make sure to inform friends and family to steer clear from this sorry excuse of a medical center!!!!

Waited an hour for lab work. Nobody in front of me and nobody in the lab. I left and another hour later, they call for me. I'm on time for my appointments. I would like to see a doctor. Any doctor, have the same respect and courtesy toward a patient. I lost 4 hours of pay for nothing. Oh...they did take my copay though. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
