Great staff. Professional doctors and knowledgeable of what they are doing and how they are performing their professional duties. Great selection of glasses along with a very nice clean and professional office. I highly recommend Dr. McInnes in his great knowledge of the eye and how to correct it. Lastly, since I was in the profession years ago, and most opticians were individuals just learning on the job, Dr Mevissen’s was my optical expert in choosing the right pair of glasses for me. For the first time in my life I am actually looking forward to getting my new glasses. Thank you.

Two of our kids needed a professional eye exam (and ultimately pairs of glasses) after failing eye tests at school. I fully expected I'd have to travel 30 minutes or so out of Poolesville to get this taken care of, until I searched my vision care plan's web site for the nearest place that accepted their insurance. I was pleasantly surprised to find Poolesville Vision was right in town, just past the hardware store. (I found out they also have an office in Silver Spring, MD.) I think they did an excellent and thorough job giving the eye tests, so no complaints there. The only reason I can't rate them "excellent" is the mark-up on the glasses/frames. (Quite frankly, you could probably buy 2 pairs of glasses for the price Poolesville Vision will charge you for one pair.) Nonetheless, I went
