Dr. Poole and her staff have gone above and beyond to help us. I have two special needs children and they have spent countless hours on the phone to get us out of network referrals and helped us to find the best specialists!
Always on time and accommodate last minute visits. We have seen Dr. Poole for the last 9 years. Staff is helpful, polite and always get back to us. I highly recommend Dr Poole and her staff.
Dr. Poole has been our pediatrician for almost 16 years. She is great and always goes the extra mile!
I have two boys ages 12 and 15 and we really like Dr. Poole. She and her staff are always very nice. She has been very helpful with my youngest son's ADD and willing to find the right med and dosage that works for him. Just sad that my oldest is about to be too old to continue seeing her.
Just starting seeing Julie Poole and she was awesome. Answered all our questions and was so sweet to our newborn.
