People who lack simple decency don’t deserve business. Unfortunately a receptionist is the face of the business and the one working here just isn’t the one. Definitely time to assess and replace her. Didn’t give her name of course.

Dr Poole and his staff take care of you and treat you like family. I couldn't see myself going anywhere else.

Dr. Poole is amazing. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He takes his time to give a thorough exam and will refer out if necessary, which in today’s world of many professionals trying to be everything thing to everyone I appreciate his humbleness. Although our family has seen him in the Kings Mountain office for years, I love the accessibility and flexibility of going to the Clover office if there is a emergency(which we have done for a pick eye case). He is always worth the drive. Thank you for Dr. Poole and his staff for serving Kings Mountain with class and knowledge.

I have went to dr.poole my whole life basically and i absolutely love him and the rest of the staff. They know me well and always welcome me warmly and that makes me feel "at home" while im at the office. I would recommend them to anyone needing an eye doctor. Dr. Benjamin Poole is knowledgeable and gets the job done. Everything about the practice is very genuine and professional.

Dr Poole is excellent. His receptionist is kind of rude though. I’ve been going there many years and she hasn’t changed. I wish he’d hire someone to replace her.
