Pontiac Trail Dental Studio

This was my very first appointment at this location. I was due for a regular cleaning. I received an email and text reminder for the appointment which also requested me to arrive 15 mins prior to my appointment. I arrived 15 mins early as requested and then had to wait an additional 25 mins before I was seen. 40 minuets of just sitting around waiting. I was informed by the receptionist of a slight delay but when I was called in by the hygienist there was no mention of an apology or a reason for the late start. A reminder that this was my first visit I found this to be very rude and unaccepting. I was not happy at all with the lack of due respect. The cleaning was fine, but overall an average initial experience.

First visit with a wonderful staff. Teeth cleaning was gentle and went very very good. Lots of X-rays and thoroughness was excellent from the dentist to cleaning to X-ray tech to front desk. Thank you.

From the front desk to the hygienist, X-Ray tech, and doctor, they are all wonderful. I struggled to find a good dentist since leaving my normal one, and these people surpassed my expectations. They’re all so kind!!

Professional, kind, understanding and gentle! I had severe anxiety about going to the dentist from a past experience at my old place. This dentists office restored my faith in people. They were so genuine and caring. Definitely give them a try!

I was in great care from the moment I walked in. The waiting room was spotless and spacious and I didn’t wait long at all. Nicole and Natalie were fast, courteous, and friendly and got the x-rays done in no time at all. Everyone else was professional and was not in a rush to get me out the door or trying to gouge me for things I didn’t need or want. They are a great team and I will be back for a cleaning in the spring. I have complete faith for any of my other needs as well.
