Dr. Pone and her staff have been amazing. I was at the end of the road as far as treatment options. Dr. Pone examined all possibilities, like a Detective, and found a treatment plan that works. Do not get lost in her setup (not being in a big fancy building, part of a large medical group, or fancy apps and coffee options). She is a unicorn in the best way, not beholden to anyone except the patient. Give her a chance, you will not regret it.

I cannot recommend Dr. Pone and her practice highly enough. I recently sent a message via the portal with concerns about a flare-up, and not only was the response immediate, but they were able to get me in for a telehealth visit within 10 minutes of my call. In an era where healthcare can feel rushed, Dr. Pone spent over 30 minutes with me, listening intently and never making me feel like 'just another patient.' I’ve always struggled with accurately reporting my pain scales, often minimizing my symptoms because I’ve been wired to just push through, and Dr. Pone was incredibly understanding. So, let me start off by saying, Dr. Pone is excellent! However, we had an experience yesterday with her front desk staff! His name is David and he is the office manager. When I tell you the amount of UNprofessionalism that we experienced...UNREAL. My daughter was waiting to have a pre determination sent to her insurance for a medicine she needs. Having waited a few weeks, she decided to call. She called 1st time, left a message; never heard from them. She called 2nd time, talked to this "David" and he said he would take care of it. Never heard from them again Still no medicine, so she decided to call again and ask about it. Dr. Pone is just Awesome! Yes, you may not like the location, but Dr. Pone goes way and beyond to treat your symptoms, she is very knowledgeable. The staff is great, to say the least! Dr. Pone is very responsive and goes straight to the point. I’m very happy to have found her. I highly recommend her. She is very caring, and just really cares about you finding solutions. I have been a patient of Dr. Pone's for years. She has always treated me with kindness, and unlike almost every other doctor I've ever seen, is practically always on time. She's even seen me earlier than my appointment when I was super early once. She has given me good education about my condition and always answers any questions with a quiet confidence.
