I had a wonderful experience. Everyone is nice and professional. I checked in online so when I got there they just needed my name and I was right off to X-rays. I had to get a deep cleaning and they were able to do that and an infill. They were able to schedule same day. At other places I’ve had to schedule to have further work. Not waiting is a huge bonus. The music helped with distracting from the work being done which is another big plus. Another big plus is being centrally located at a place I do not have to pay for parking. I definitely recommend giving them a try especially if you live intown and like to have appointments in locations that save time (Kroger is next door and food is close by too)

I can’t speak to any past reviews saying negative things, but my experience so far has been great and will plan to continue using PDG. I’ve been going to PDG since August 2025 and have had good experiences for regular cleanings, oral checkups, etc. My dentist Aaron and hygienist Jaletha have been super helpful and awesome with my oral care. Compared to my previous dental experiences, PDG has been the best so far. Also, I had a noticeable area get a filling on my front tooth today and it looks so much better! I was not planning on ever fixing the area on this tooth, but the filling looks unnoticeable and natural thanks to Aaron and the staff here!! Everyone at the front desk handling the documentation and such has been great too. Can’t really complain when it’s been the best dental exper

The office has been amazing! Dr Briggs made sure I knew in detail what I needed and Ashley showed me many options on how to help me with payment plans and great dental options to look into to help . Everyone was so helpful with financial options. Will 100% recommend visiting this office !

I love the entire office team and Dr. Briggs is the only person I trust with my oral health. I even fly back to ATL just for my appointments because the staff truly knows how to put anxious patients like myself at ease. During my first visit, Essence ensured I knew what to expect when I first arrived, and Dr. Briggs always takes his time to explain what he’s doing and what my at-home care should be. Because I have out-of-network insurance, Ashley took her time to explain payment options and sat on hold with my insurance to ensure proper billing rates. I wish I could pack this office up and bring them to Chicago!!

I haven’t met a more amazing team and staff than here. Kind, welcoming, communicative, and supportive. Not only have I received multiple services here, they’ve also built out a hygiene routine for me suggesting products that could best be suited for me. They built out a dental health plan to support me through getting a healthier smile. Dr. Briggs and the office manager Ashley even spoke with my parents and helped them answer questions and find a sister office closer to where the live, to ensure my parents had a great experience.
