Security guard would not let me up to see my sick mother because he claimed the room was full. No one was in the room. There were 3 security guards sitting there and all refused to call the room or walk me up to show them my mom was alone. Finally, a supervisor came after 20 minutes and verified my mom was alone. The security guard was on a power trip and the other idiot security guards just sat there the whole time and did nothing. I hope manager reads this post and checks the cameras. I finally got my visitors pass at 5:50pm on 2/16. The security guard name was James.

Terrible experience with delivery. Impossible to reach anyone to pick up delivery and bring it to the room. The only way to call is by a phone from previous century that it’s dirty and full of germs, and of course nobody picks it up.
