My experience with Polly clinic of dermatology was an amazing experience.....staff there were very compassionate and friendly and helped me disect my excema issues with complete accuracy and I would recommend them to any of my friends and family etc....they are spot on and mean business....I am so happy that I came to them ....thank you so much... polley clinic.....

I was dismissed as a patient due to my federal disabilities that they were fully aware of and accepted....then out of nowhere I got a letter of dismissal....the reason I know this because someone told me so. Be very wary especially if you have disabilities at the Smithfield location in NC. They were never able to accurately diagnose me after many visits being disabled this was the only place close enough for me to be able to make it to so now I am without treatment. My recommendation after being seen there many times is to avoid them unless you have absolutely no other choice. All opinions in this review are mine alone based on my in person experiences there.

My daughter was denied care at this office today due to an inconsistently enforced policy. At check-in, I was rudely asked if both children were mine, to which I replied yes and explained that one was there for a scheduled appointment. I arrived with both of my children, which I have done for nearly a year without issue, including at our most recent visit in October. I was then told that my other child could not accompany us because he was not being seen and that this has been office policy for two years. This was confusing, as this policy has never been enforced during any of our prior visits. I have always had good experiences with this place . I'm usually in and out . It's the only Dr appointment I don't dread . From the front desk to Dr Hannah they are all polite and professional

I wish I could put ZERO stars. I was told I couldn’t be seen for a cancer spot due to my teenager being with me. I was advised to leave him in the vehicle ALONE !!! First of all not going to happen. Second of all very unprofessional. Some people do not have help and some ppl do go in there due to cancer so therefore they do not want to be alone. This is wild behavior. They also rush your appointment and don’t look at everything you’re asking them to look at. I’ve had to be seen there twice and had multiple spots that got out of hand due to them not taking the time to address each spot but took my $80 copay.
