Dr Shakir is always friendly and does a great job of easing my concerns. The absolute rockstar at this office is Sara Walker. If you are in need of SRT, she is the best! I am a very anxious person, especially in doctors offices but she has been so kind and patient with me. She says she wants to be “the best part of your day” and I promise you she delivers. Every. Single. Day.

The appointment was quick and easy to get scheduled.The Dr seemed to figure out the issue I had right away. He did not guess or suggest just trying something. He knew exactly what I needed. I was extremely uncomfortable with my issue and 2 er visits that just left me a mess. I could not be happy or feel much relief so fast . Thank you to the Dr and his friendly staff.

Not going to waste my time, so heres a quick list: 1) Not a single child is allowed to accompany patient to appointments which is extremely inconvenient to some families; 2) they don't text you reminders: they text confirmations without followup calls, and if you forget to respond, they will cancel your appointment; 3) Office feels like a government facility: aside from a couple of staff, there is nothing friendly about this place.

The Polley clinic cancels appointments if you do not confirm via text message. If the text message does not go through the clinic will cancel your appointment. Then you have to go through a process of calling and rescheduling. I drove all the way to my appointment to find out that the doctors office canceled my appointment. I was told that I received a text that my appointment had been canceled but I did not receive a text. A confirmation should NOT be required. If a patient does not cancel the appointment then the doctors office should not cancel the appointment. If a confirmation is required then the doctor's office should call to confirm. Text messaging is unreliable!

I love coming here the staff are always. Polite, friendly and kind There really no wait time . It’s always clean in there. My doctor is the best he answers any questions or concerns I may have . I recommend my family and friends to him
