Dr. Pollack is an excellent eye doctor—professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire exam. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and their eye health. The office is also very well run, thanks to office manager Mellissa. She is friendly, organized, and extremely helpful. From scheduling appointments to answering questions, Mellissa made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and kindness really stand out. I highly recommend Dr. Pollack and Mellissa to anyone looking for outstanding eye care and great customer service.

Having just completed both laser cataract eye surgery and LAL lens implants with Dr. Scott Pollack, I am no longer chained to my glasses going back 65+ years. The results are astounding. BOTH my distance and reading abilities are now 20/20! The entire process took only 35 days and every single procedure was completed pain free. Or as I like to say “easy-squeezy”. Both Drs Pollack are wonderful. I had cataract surgery in November 2025, and it went perfectly. They are both caring and extremely professional. They are easy to talk to and are highly responsive, always taking the time to explain procedures and answer questions. The staff is great as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone with eye issues. I couldn't be more pleased!
