Polk's Drugs #2

The only reason I'm giving this location a 4 instead of a 5 is the way their entry was situated can make it a scary when turning off of 49. It's to the right, but their entry is BEFORE the light for the cross street. They also had a limited amount of space, so, also a limited amount of choice. My family went to Polk's #1 since I was a baby. Very good hometown feel. They were incredibly friendly and I did find the cough syrup and kid's liquid Tylenol i needed. These local folks are certainly worth the trip.

These are good, friendly hometown people who will treat you right. They learn their customers on a first name basis. They give great service here. The building includes a walk-in drug store with a drive thru window. There is a convenience store and gas pumps here. They also sell non-ethanol gas and the pumps are on 24/7 even when the store is closed. They are also competitively priced on fuel.

This gas station right off Highway 49 in Florence, Mississippi, is a hidden gem! It’s always spotless, making it a pleasant stop for travelers. Located just past the busy main lights, it’s a much calmer and more convenient option. Plus, getting back onto 49 from here is a breeze compared to other spots in the area. I adore the staff here. Always friendly and eager to help whether it's filling scripts or just answering questions. They are becoming more modernized and using text messages now and that helps out a lot for someone who is an introvert and hates speaking!!

This has got to be the worst pharmacy I've ever used. My doctor sent in my prescriptions over a week ago I've called several times trying to find out the delay I've gotten a different answer each time just to call again for them to tell me they no longer carry the medication I've been having filled there for months. They could have told me that instead of only filling the one medication they do carry and letting me go without my other for over a week waiting for it to be ready I'll never use them again the staff all horrible the entire business horrible. They're all rude not one time have i been in there I was treated politely. I don't know how they are allowed to be so rude to people just because they are having a bad day. I've never been any less than polite to anyone I've interacted w
