Helpful. Well versed and welcoming. Everybody pulling their weight and more. Could tell they truly were person centered.

People working here DO know a lot and DO care. They are not miracle-workers and there are limits, but they work hard to make a difference for many throughout our county.

I love this place. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Best resource center I've ever been to. Very welcoming and informational. Highly recommend using their services if you need them. Great place and great staff.

As a disabled man who needs help in this community. I wasn't able to get the help and advocacy I need. You would think a resource center would offer more. Especially to those who have fallen in the cracks of the system that cares little for the most vulnerable in Polk county. Other than that the staff are very friendly and help where they can. The people care but the politics of it all is only aimed at helping people with children. And a single white gay disabled man gets swept under the rug.

This place is a waste of taxpayers money! They said that they would help me and 3 months later I received was a promissory note after numerous times contacting them they have been absolutely nothing but I'm very sure that they sent in my paperwork to the government to get paid. I had to go out and panhandle to earn the few dollars that I was required to get an apartment after they approved me for help. If you donate goods or services to any company please do not use this one because it's a waste of your resources and time there are places that are much better
