Great customer service. Very reasonable price for my prescriptions

I am so glad I found this pharmacy, Please look at all of the pictures. I was using Walgreens and they lost 12 of my prescriptions And I was on auto refill with them. And they told me it was not their problem it was mine call my doctor. But 1st I found another pharmacy and I'm so glad I found this one. They're very nice that keep up with my prescriptions. And have even made recommendations That my doctor has agreed with. I have gotten my flu, shingles and covid booster shots there. But what I love the best is that I can take my over the counter medications up there and they will Add them with my prescription medication and put in the package with all of my medications for me so I don't have that hassle every week of having to divide them myself and on every weekly sleeve there is a lis

I love the fact the staff remember not only me but my husband as well. It's so refreshing to be seen as a person and not just the next in line. Another plus is that free delivery is offered and that's HUGE especially for those that can't get around easily. If you are looking for a true local pharmacy that cares about you and your families wellbeing then I highly recommend Polk Community Pharmacy!

I have used a chain pharmacy for MANY years and have never received the type of service I have received at Polk Community Pharmacy. It's a great feeling to walk into your pharmacy and have your pharmacist greet you by name. The pharmacist himself actually calls me to ask when would I like to pick up my refills before I even notice I'm running low, no robo calls. And, I pay less for my medications. Just love this place!
