Polished Family Dental

The office is very clean, organized and proficient. All of the staff are very friendly, courteous, professional, and respectful. I am a retired veteran and businesses owner. I know fake and pretending and that they aren't. The moral and energy is impeccable. The only reason I am giving them 5 stars, is because I can't give more, if so it would be 10 plus!!!!

Wonderful staff. Patient comfort is a priority and they do everything they can for patience’s comfort. They value your time. You won’t sit long in the lobby. The front office handles the insurance paperwork. Dental assistants are friendly and knowledgeable.. Dentists are thorough and gentle. I worked in the dental industry for more than 30 years and know quality.

I am very please to give a review of this location. The staff is very friendly. They greet you with a beautiful smile. The place is very clean. You're call back swiftly. The examination and X-ray process wasn’t bad. I enjoyed my conversation with the technician. She had a beautiful spirit. My Doctor, Dr Krystal Lynn Moore is one I will never forget. We both share the same first and last name. She’s an amazing doctor. I was originally scared of change. I’ve being going to the VA for many years. I was referred to this location because my doctor from the VA moved to Hawaii. I really like this place, I just may decide to stay permanently.

Staff is amazing. If you are afraid of dentists, this is the office for you. Every team member takes the time to know you and put you at ease. They dont judge you, it is ok if you let your dental health slide some, they will help you gat back on track. If there were 10 stars, they would get all 10

I highly recommend Polished Family Dental to anyone. As an Army Veteran; I recommend other Veterans to choose Polished Family Dental as your outside VA referral. I see Dr. Pope and his dental assistant. Dr. Pope goes beyond just treating you as a patient and actually cares to listen and give you his opinion and your options; rather than most dentist who choose for you and want you in and out of the chair. She’s AWSOME. Makes your appointment easy and stress free. Walks you through every step. Making sure you’re comfortable and at ease. Slows down and stops as soon as she sees you overwhelmed. Making simple everyday conversation until you’re okay with moving forward. Dont believe me; SIMPLY start by making your appointment. You won’t be disappointed.
