I had an amazing experience at Polished Dental in Churchill today. As someone with severe dental anxiety, I was really nervous switching to a different office because my long time dentist no longer accepts my insurance : (. However, from the receptionist who booked my appointment, I believe her name was Cara, to the hygienist Shana, to the dentist Dr. Alviani, it was literally an all around welcoming environment. Cara (I really hope that was her name, so sorry if not!) went above and beyond to verify my insurance and get me an emergency appt due to pain I was experiencing PLUS a cleaning the very next day (it’s so hard getting in for a cleaning anywhere these days so I was SO happy lol). I’ve been coming to Polished Dental for a few years and using their loyalty plan, which I think is a great deal! At my most recent visit, Shana was my tech for the first time, and she was WONDERFUL. I really appreciated how she talked to me, her answers to my questions, our chit chat, and her energy overall. In the past with others, I’ve felt a bit pressured to get my wisdom teeth out, but I felt like she offered really helpful and kind perspective that valued my autonomy, while giving me information to help me understand what was happening in my mouth. Also, I really appreciate that Polished offers a discount on certain treatments when you bring an item to donate — it just generally makes me feel better about being a patient there.

Exceptional service from the very beginning! From making the initial appointment to the consult, X-rays, and meeting with Dr. Alviani. Very personable and professional at the same time. I felt very comfortable and in capable hands with this staff of professionals. Will definitely make this the place to get my dental needs met. Appreciate you all!

Everyone at the office was fantastic! It was my first time visiting, and the entire team was so helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain my options clearly and offered great advice. I was very nervous going in, but they helped me feel completely at ease. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for caring and professional service!

The dental service is acceptable. I am upset that I am not able to get my six month checkup scheduled. I have to wait for an appointment in eight months. I have been going to this office for years. They need to think of their current patients before they take on many new patients .
