Polaris Rehabilitation and Care Center

I had a good friend of mine cared for here for a few years until his body gave out. The staff and care team have to be some of the best that our state has to offer. They are all so wonderful and they were always extremely kind and helpful. The programs they bring in are also such a treat, and I think stellar for their residents mental health.

Zero if I could. Not a clean facility and very little care for the patients. Started out like it was a good place to put your family member, but once you are in you can see it is not. I don’t know where the pictures were taken but it was’t at this facility. Owner wouldn’t even let me talk to pharmacy to explain about medication they sent home with him. Cheyenne should be ashamed of the facilities they have to offer to the elderly in this city, Capitol of Wyoming!

My experience with Polaris healthcare was awesome. The staff and faculty were right there. When I showed up on July 8. They welcomed me in like I was one of their family members the nurses the CNA‘s and the PT staff cared about me. They took care of me when my foot wasn’t functional to work. They made sure I was comfortable and if I pushed the button, they were right here to help me there is a few people I like to recognize from Polaris one person Is Kaietlyn what can I say she I know she is wonderful CNAand wish her best of luck on becoming a nurse! The Second person I like to recognize is Savannah she is one hell of a worker wonderful person always ready to give me my medicine when I needed it. And joke with me every chance she got to I will miss joking back with her too!The next person

What a wonderful place for my mother the facility is clean. The staff is wonderful. I want to give a special shout out to Stephanie Gonzales. She always makes my mother feel at home. She goes above and beyond. I am very appreciative.

A loved one stayed here and this place is disgusting. They consistently said that my loved one was "combative" as he was dying but not once was he combative. He also was covered in his own pee and after we said that to one of the workers we were shut down and talked to like we were stupid and they didn't even talk about the ant infestation. If there are "pee ants" that means he was covered and that the floor was covered which is a biohazard. I do not recommend this place. The care workers don't care they only care about the money.
