Polaris Eye Care

Excellent service here. I cant remember the last time I talked to a service provider and felt like they genuinely wanted to help me, answer all of my questions, and weren't nudging me out the door...but that is the way Polaris operates. On top of that, all workers were friendly. Polaris provided the best eye care experience I have had in at least 5 years.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Also it seemed liked everyone working there liked their job and enjoyed working for Polaris Eye Care which makes a difference in customer service. I felt that all my needs were met from the moment I checked in. They took time with me from the pre-eye exam, through the exam itself, and then onto the choosing and fitting of new glasses and frames.

Had a wonderful experience with both Dr. Sill and the team today for my annual exam. Dr. Sill took the time to show me the photos of my eye and even went as far to explain what she was looking at and why. Five stars all around!

Dr. Sill & Renee were amazing!!! Renee was extremely helpful with picking out new glasses - spending so much time & patience. Highly recommend!!

Polaris is great. They have an optometrist on call for after hours and were quick to get me in when I had a medical issue with my eye. They answered all my questions and took care of me quickly and well.
