We love this lab!! We have been using them since they opened knowing the past background the owners had with their last lab (which we were sad to see them sale) we couldn’t be happier, besides the great products they produce the customer service is amazing, from working with the office staff to the lab technicians! Polaris works with us when we need it most such as a hard to match shades, turn around times, and not to mention their prices are very fair. We enjoy the relationship they strive to build and maintain with our office because this makes doing business with them feel more like a partnership. They care about the patients satisfaction as much as we do! 🦷 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 5 stars for Polaris Dental Lab!

We were very skeptical about using any lab and were looking for a good removable lab as our lab guy passed away.Polaris does beautiful dentures and frameworks. We were happy. Then we got more confident with this lab when we needed some quick turnaround crowns and our normal lab couldn’t keep up. We were so impressed. After a 3 month trial period we switched labs. We have been working with Polaris now for a year and my crowns just pop in. We went from 30 minute crown seats to 5-15 minutes! I just placed 3 anterior crowns with no adjustments! My patients and I are so happy and my stress level is way down compared to my old lab of 20 years. Very good service and quality! Thank you so much!

Polaris lab is amazing! We started using this lab about one year ago and so far we are very happy with all of their services and fees are good. They really saved us when covid 19 started, most of the labs we used were closed or delayed so we gave all of our cases to Polaris and they delivered what they promised. Thank you so much to all of the Polaris team you guys are amazing.

Great lab except they dont stand behind their product. After a patients denture broke twice and fractured once, they now refuse to do a repair. We were willing to pay for the repair because we believe it is not their fault the denture continues to break, but I was told they are losing money because of the repairs. I'm not sure how that's anyones fault but their own, raise your price if your losing money. Dont refuse to repair your work. Needless to say we cannot continue using your business going forward. I recommend Hana Dental Lab, they continue to impress and will continue with repairs as long as we pay! Which is how it should be.

I just want to thank the all-star team at Polaris Dental Lab for their outstanding service, care and attention to detail. My little sister was referred there by her dentist for help with an emergency procedure and they really went the extra mile to accommodate. I would personally recommend them to anyone looking for a 5-star experience!
