The staff is professional, friendly, and always welcoming with a smile. They’re honest about the work needed and truly great with kids of all ages. The level of care during every procedure goes above and beyond. Our family has experienced everything from sedation dentistry to simple cleanings, and the quality of care has always been excellent.

We were looking for a new dentist closer to home and this practice came recommended by a few different moms in the area- unfortunately it was not what I was looking for in a practice. The main thing I didn’t like was that the treatment room was dirty- there was dust on the floor and inside the light used to look at the kids’ teeth. The cords were discolored and it didn’t seem like the room had a deep cleaning in a long time which made me uncomfortable. All of the staff were super sweet and Dr Shay was also very amazing and I really wanted to keep going for her but I couldn’t get past the cleanliness.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Poiset for about 7 years & I’ve had nothing but positive and amazing experiences. I have two sons with special needs. One is medically fragile & the other is on the spectrum. My oldest uses a wheelchair and ventilator and the staff is so accommodating and helpful with all of his equipment. They also create a safe and friendly environment for my son on the spectrum. We’re truly thankful for such a wonderful pediatric dental practice.

Dr. Menzie and staff are so welcoming each time we see them…which is quite often. My son’s case isn’t an easy one due to a genetic mutation and other diagnosis yet, they have been super patient with his process and yes, it’s still on going. My son enjoys seeing them each visit (and that’s saying a lot). The front staff are also the best. We have had such a difficult time with billing. They were so patient to help make sure insurance was paying. It was a long process too, but they never gave up and got it resolved. Thank you Dr. Menzie and staff!!! We love you. Devon’s teeth look amazing! We look forward to the continual upmost care!

Just want to say how amazing our experience is at Poiset Pediatric Dentist is every single time!!!! I’m so grateful for each staff member they are so helpful, so kind and always have a beautiful spirit from the moment we walk in. My children actually like going to the dentist now and each time I tell them they have an appointment they get excited about it. I love this place and we are so lucky to find such kind dentists 🦷 who are kind to children because that’s what it’s all about. So big thanks to Poiset and Associates ❤️🙏
