Pointe Med Pharmacy

It's been a week and a half and I STILL do not have my prescription refills. I call and leave messages and never receive a return call. Because of this pharmacy I will be finding a new doctor for my HRT.

Please, try *ANY* other doctor’s office first… I established myself as a new patient here back in March ‘24 with Dr. Walrod and was very disappointed with how quick the appointment went. 10 minutes tops with the doctor and i was out the door. I figured i just needed to ask more questions. So i went again for a follow-up in Sep 2024 and again(!)- I was rushed through my appt, Dr. Walrod was nice but uninterested, and my time with her lasted no longer than 10 minutes. March ‘25 rolls around and I’m now seeing Dr. Ben Debski because Dr. Walrod left (sketchy? I’m not even sure why), and while he doesn’t necessarily “rush” me through my appointment- he talked fast and sent me on my way within about 20 minutes. He also made a recommendation for me to see a DIFFERENT doctor at his clinic based

Everyone is friendly. Prices are sorta expensive but I compared them to the medical spas and they're about the same. I did get a pretty good discount. Will keep gettin' my prescriptions here!

Dr Walrod is and was amazing, but she left this place. The nurses I come across are generally very friendly and helpful, and even the receptionists are great. You know who's not great? Dr Bernard. He is quite literally a checklist of why I've refused to see male doctors for the past ten years. Here's what happened to me: I contacted the office to ask them to lower some of my diabetes meds because I was experiencing hypoglycemic episodes. They asked me to come in and informed me that no female practitioners would be available to see me, so I HAD to see Dr Bernard. I agreed, because this was serious. So, the day arrives, I get triaged and sent to the waiting room. For somewhere between 35-45 minutes, I and everyone else in the waiting room could hear Dr Bernard holding a very loud and bois

I got to know them better now, I feel like they're my family. Dr. Gary Bernard, Cat, Ben and all the staff is an excellent team, I brought my whole family here. The Pharmacy people specially Austin and Logan are my favorite. Setting a schedule with Nedra is a breeze. Rick and Sarah are excellent in handling the front office. The reason why 4 is to give them room for improvement on waiting time.
