Our dog Lola is a patient there. We love it here. The front desk staff have always been friendly, welcoming, helpful and responsive...even when they are overwhelmed and really busy. Each vet we see we have never had an issue with. They have all been great. We have never felt rushed, they really speak to Lola as if they were their own, they are patient when answering questions and the biggest thing for us is they do not judge us for medical tests we personally can't afford but we always want to know every option possible. They have all been super friendly and very welcoming! The vet techs...are exceptional. Every single one has been able to properly hold our 24lb shih tzu who is very very strong lol. This was our first visit since doc pag retired.The 'new guy' was knowledgeable gentle and caring, thus making the transition seamless.We felt confident in his abilities and he knew instantly what the problem was...bo took to his new doctor immediately...and for that we couldn't be more grateful.Here's to many more years of Expertise and 'happy endings' at POINT PLEASANT VET...What they do here AND how they do it.from the front desk to the back door....makes ALL the difference. This is definitely the place to bring your babies for all there needs.

We have been taking our cats to Point Pleasant Veterinary Hospital for a very looonng time. Our current fur babies are now 17+ years old…thanks to the WONDERFUL care of all at Point Veterinary Hospital these many years. The vets are caring, knowledgeable and truly like animals. The vet techs and staff are professional, kind and not above soothing and cuddling scared cats, dogs and even birds! Highly recommend this hospital!

I only recently switched to this Veterinary Clinic after my cat Luna became incredibly sick and I couldn’t get her to our normal vet in time. After weeks of trying our best to help her, it was time to let her go. The staff at Point Pleasant Veterinary Hospital are some of the most compassionate and caring staff I’ve ever met, and they were so incredibly helpful to our little family as we said goodbye to our girl. 🌈❤️ We look forward to bringing our other animals to this clinic in the future.
