I went in to see Dr. Alberto for a tooth that had to come out because it was causing me pain you wouldn't believe. Two other Dentists had turned me away because it would be a difficult extraction and they did not feel confident in the task. Dr. Alberto took one look and knew exactly what to do. She did the most painless extraction I've ever even heard of And my teeth don't let go easily. Dr. Alberto is an amazing Oral Surgeon, I just wish she did regular dental work as well because she'd be my Dentist for sure. If you need oral surgery, do yourself a favor and visit Dr. Alberto. You'll thank God you did.

I was super nervous going to an oral surgeon to get my wisdom teeth out at 30 years old. They really made me feel comfortable and explained everything beforehand with my x rays on the screen. The procedure was quick, calm, painless and no big deal. A few days later, I called with a concern I had and they said “come in now, we will make time for you!” So super nice and accommodating. They really want to help their patients and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Ngai was awesome as well. Highly recommend!

I had an appointment for 2:00 pm. I showed up at 2 and was met with a VERY rude receptionist saying that I was told to be there 30 minutes early. I was never told anything I made an appointment for 2 and showed up at 2. I sat down to fill out paperwork and was rushed the ENTIRE TIME very rudely by the way. I was so appalled I gave them the unfinished paperwork and said I will be going somewhere else with my business. I will never be returning or recommending this place to anyone

I was referred for root canal or tooth extraction. Dr. NGAI was the BEST. He explained my options, financially I chose extraction. It was deep root molar, and the procedure was pain free, no issues here. The team was AWESOME, I will definitely return to Dr. Ngai and his team for any future oral surgery needs.

Dr. Cho was extremely dismissive, rude, and impatient with my teenage daughter. His nitrous oxide regulator was not working (maybe the tank was empty?) and he proceeded to work on her in spite of insufficient anesthetic. He told her that she wasn't actually in pain and that she was just "upset." The nurse suggested a little more anesthetic, but Dr. Cho insisted on proceeding with the extraction. After this Marathon Man experience we want to do what we can to spare others! He has also treated an elderly friend of ours extremely poorly. We related our experience to our referring dentist and to anyone else who cares to listen. We hear good things about Dr. Alberto.
