Pocasset Family Dental

My dental anxiety has kept me from routine visits for a very long time. I met with Dr. Francesca Lapsley and I was so comfortable that I chose to have a filling to get started even though I was only there for a consult. Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined that would happen. It is a drop in the bucket of the work I need to complete, but I am on my way and so appreciative of her understanding and care.

I’ve been going to them for years and very happy, they are also the only dentists/hygienists my 12yr has ever seen. I had someone new today and she was thorough and nice to chat with. The front staff is always very polite and helpful.

Haven't been to a dentist over 15 years kind of scared but they had great reviews. I gave it a try and Dr H and his assistance Julie are awesome. I have never felt so relaxed and comfortable since my old dentist retired, I would recommend Pocasset Family Dental as being a awesome place. The place is very clean. I'm very happy what they have done to my teeth. I needed a lot of work done. Dr H and his assistant Julie did a great job very very happy.🙂😁

I called with a broken molar. Was looking for a new dentist anyways. I was Extremely uncomfortable stabbing into the side of my tongue. They told me that I could get an appointment Friday at 11:30 we made the appointment the day before. They called to confirm that appointment at 10 am Friday morning. When I called the first time they wanted me to get a cleaning at the same time which I said was totally fine. I was having problems with my insurance not being able to get my insurance ID numbers so I told them that I didn't want to do the cleaning yet so I didnt have to battle to get that reimbursement. I was then told that this was just for an evaluation and that we were not planning on doing any Dental work. I then told them how painful it was and that if I didn't get it done today then

5 ⭐️ communications & service. We’d been looking for a good dentist, then my husband lost a crown on a Friday of a holiday weekend. Where other dentists were OOO on that Friday, Pocasset Family Dental answered the call & fit him in first thing Tuesday morning. He was happy with the entire process, and I was able to get an appt for a cleaning. Laura was my hygienist & she did a terrific job! The office is efficient, clean & professional. We found our good dentist 😃
