Laurence lance is my primary and she is so incredibly smart and intelligent. She LISTENS to your concerns she doesn’t make you feel silly or dumb. She is reasonable and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone she’s hands down the best doctor I’ve ever seen.

I have such a great care team at Pocahontas Medical Clinic. Tiffany Brumley has been an outstanding provider for my families health care needs. She takes her time and actually respects the fact that you know better than anyone else what your body is telling you. Even tho i loved my previous provider she was difficult to get an appointment with and refills were a real challenge. This clinic has two locations and has sick call options as well. We can always easily get in for any testing and labs that we need. There are also convienent apps and features that they have available as well. Most of the time you can get an appointment the same day or the next. I have never had any insurance or billing issues and the payment arrangements are easy to setup. I really like my PCP, Dr. Brent Holt. He always has time to listen to me and doesn't act like he's in a rush to leave. He cares about his patients. His nurse practitioner, Holly Brigance, is the same way, and she is really good!

Doctor didn’t even show for appointment after 1.5 hrs of waiting. Staff made excuses for lack of service; their attitude was this is common to treat patients this way and I would just need to reschedule. Don’t waste your time. Never saw a doctor but my insurance was charged for tests by a doctor I never met. I never received any results - when I inquired. I will be investigating this matter with my insurance provider. it appears this place is all about the money and as far as care, courtesy, and professionalism, those things are thrown to the wind. if I could give NEGATIVE five stars I would.
