PMA Health and Immediate Care by PMA Health – Arlington

I’ve been a satisfied patient of PMA Health since moving here three years ago. There is a clinic near me and it has open hours 7 days weekly. Reception staff recognize me upon arrival and are prepared to help me as they know in advance who I am there. They are pleasant upon arrival and departure. The techs the draw blood are excellent as their technique is near painless. I’ve been treated by several different physicians and have been satisfied by each one. My physical last week was with Dr Julie Passerelli, who was outstanding. She is my wife’s primary care doctor and convinced me to become one of her patients. She was very thorough and prepared. She reviewed all aspects of my history and was clear about important next actions. I’m very pleased that she is my primary care doctor. Regards,

PMA is a great group of internist! They offer several offices and Urgenrt Centers to.be seen daily for health care. The staff and Doctors are all very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating

Booked an appointment online. Appointment confirmed. Checked in and told it would require a 30-45 minute wait. I mentioned I had an appointment and the front desk said “yeah those can be confirmed online but in actuality we see people first come first serve.” Shocked she wasn’t embarrassed to say that. Actually I have to say I was impressed. Wouldn’t recommend if you schedule a time and expect them to honor it.

10:00 PM Friday night, parked at this place to visit the coffee shop. The “will tow” signs were twisted and I could not see them. We were gone for a total of six minutes. And we got towed. It’s your property, you can do what you want PMA Health. But clearly you have shown an absolute lack of empathy, why would I ever trust you with my health?

I used to go to allcare! But last time I got sick I came here as a walk-in and they got me seen right away. I came back today with a scheduled appointment and again they saw me at my scheduled time and didn’t take up my whole day. I hope this urgent care never goes anywhere. They are amazing!!!
