Please never take your children here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They probably should be shut down!!!!!! Im going to figure out how to make a medical board complaint. Everytime I try and just give constructive criticism on how to trying and make it better their attitude gets worse doesn't matter from the front staff all the way up to the doctors very unprofessional

I have two patients that need to be seen, have been calling for 3 days straight and NO ANSWER EVER. That’s fine, they have been going there for years and now they’ll be going somewhere else. I hope you’re happy that you just lost not 1, but 3 patients. 😊

I took my child here for routine vaccines and was extremely disappointed with the care we received. The MA placed the band-aids on the bed before applying them to my child, which is not sanitary. Shortly after, my child developed an infection at the injection site. Instead of addressing our concerns thoroughly, we felt brushed off and not taken seriously. Ive been seeing Dr Ochei for years and i am sad to go due to negligence.

PATIENTS BEWARE!! It has been approximately five years since our last visit here. At that time, we were on Medicaid, which limited our options for selecting a preferred doctor. I am sharing this experience in hopes of preventing similar distress for other parents. When my child was younger, I took her for a routine checkup due to some unusual warts. The female doctor immediately contacted CPS without providing a diagnosis or guidance on how to assist my child. We were sent home, only to have CPS show up the next day. After a thorough examination, it turned out to be HPV, which I had transmitted at birth. This is the worst office I have ever been to! Our appointment was a 10 am we didn’t even go into a room until 11:15. Th ran another hour later my daughter ends up passing out in the room! She was so stressed about waiting 3 hours she passed out! My husband was suggesting she needed to eat but they were not offering any sugar or anything. So my husband left. On top of that he ordered blood work of a blood trait my daughter has had since birth and since she had been going there since birth they should have this on record. Why are we testing her for something that doesn’t change! I have been trying to stick it out since we have gone there her whole life and she is now 15 but this was the push we needed to go somewhere else!
