PM Pediatric Urgent Care

I’ve been to PM pediatrics in other states. This location was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been here for 3 hours and still not seen. The doctor is determined to deal with another child that clearly should go to the ER. After 3 hours of being with the patient she said they needed to call 911. That is highly irresponsible of the doctor. I’m not a medical professional and from what saw I knew the child should’ve gone to the ER. If anything were to happen to that child it would 100% be the fault of that doctor. This is my 3rd time at this location and each time the experience gets worse and worse. This was the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care facility, especially one dedicated to pediatrics. The office was exceptionally clean, the staff was professional and compassionate, and the entire visit was handled efficiently without feeling rushed. The wait was not ling at all! It is clear that they truly care about their young patients and families! I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking quality urgent care services for their children!

I am so thankful for this place! I can always get my child in last minute, the wait time is minimal, and the staff + doctors are amazing. Frankly, we now only go here instead of our pediatrician for minor illnesses because of the ease and speed of this clinic. The visit charge is only $5 or $10 more than our pediatricians co-pay so it’s worth it!

This is a fantastic clinic. We've been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. Short to no wait times (even for the times we did walk-ins without appointments), friendly and professional staff, the facility is always clean, and parking is easy in the garage directly below the clinic (or a metro stop across the street). I recommend this clinic to everyone.

They take patients up to 26 which was amazing as I got a cut on my finger from washing a food processor. We were in and out in 30 minutes! The staff and decorations were so lovely, and even though I am 19 I still got a sticker after. I was seen by a nurse then a doctor, both very sweet and professional, and everything was handled well. The cost came out to $40 with insurance. They had snacks and drinks availible if needed (someone who came with me was feeling dizzy because they are nervous around blood, and they were given an apple juice by the receptionist). This place is super great because they are open late, and they take a range of ages and are way faster than an ER. Hopefully I won't need to go again, but if I do need to go to urgent care, I will be going here again
