PM Pediatric Urgent Care

We were so happy with our experience at PM Pediatric Urgent Care. From the moment we walked in the door the front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and super nice. Our son had to have stitches taken out and our providers Anneliese Schurtz and Tamra Kuntz were absolutely AMAZING with him. We couldn't have been happier with them. They were very calm through the whole process. They removed the stitches gently so they wouldn't upset my son. They were very good and quick with it, which we were so relieved! We were very pleased with our providers, this place, and how everyone cared for our son. If we ever have to get stitches again or get them taken out, this is the place we will go. Thank you for everything!

Very pleasant experience at PM Pediatrics. I brought my kiddo in for high fevers and a cough, and after checking her throat the doctor suggested a strep test which ended up being positive. She's now on antibiotics and doing so much better. The staff was attentive and thoughtful in their approach and treatment. We will definitely use this practice in the future!

Excellent customer service from Tiffany at the front desk to the doctor. Amazing experience. My family and I were exhausted after waiting in an er for hours and still not being seen. We went here and was seen within 15-20 mins. The doctor spent time explaining everything and was beyond personable. Never felt judged or looked down upon and overall I appreciate this place. The doctor knew exactly what was going on with my baby and was efficient with the treatment. 10/10 definitely recommend if you can make it here.

Horrible experience. My daughter was not given proper care and the MA didn’t change gloves after exiting and reentering the room. The entire experience was rushed & lacked compassion. You see the blue pad, that’s what was used to wrap an icepack & then given to my 3 yr old. And the ice pack appeared to be used.

We had to bring our 2 year old in for stitches on a Friday night and honestly it could not have gone smoother as far as Friday night medical emergencies go. To the staff that answered the phone and checked us in, to the medical assistant who helped ease our son to the NP jess everyone was incredibly patient, professional, kind, and efficient, exactly what you hope for in a stressful situation with a toddler past his bedtime. They made our son (and us!) feel at ease and took great care of him. We’re so grateful and thank you!
