PM Pediatric Urgent Care

Had a great and quick yet successful experience! Had glass shard in foot and the MD happened to be an emergency room pediatrician that night which was perfect! She was so nice and was exactly who we needed! The med assistant was great, too. Highly recommended as I have been there many times. Even needed an xray which was quick and clean- other urgent care said they didnt have anyone to read xray if needed... I would come back to PMP for anything urgent!

We had a great experience Wednesday night. The nurse and doctor were so caring and thorough, spending over 2 hours until closing time with our two year old to care for her and monitor her. I had a follow up question the next day and received a call back very quickly from the doctor working that day. He was also incredibly kind and helpful, taking time to answer my questions. We are lucky to live nearby this location and know a great team is on standby.

When the kids are sick and I want to be in and out, I always come to the Syosset location. The front desk is very fast and I've rarely ever had to wait more than 10 minutes. Nurses and doctors have all been wonderful, with A+ bedside manner. They give you plenty of time for questions, and if you have any questions after you've already left, they're happy to answer with a quick phone call. It's also very easy to get someone on the phone, which I appreciate.

As a mom you never want your kid to be sick, especially when your leaving for a Caribbean vacation in 12 hours. My poor son (6years) was off all day- sleepy- and came home from school went right to his bed and napped. Woke up fever. We came right to pm peds. He was so upset. But SARAH WINTER. That was her name was honestly the kindest, most amazing human i have ever encountered. She reassured my son he was going to go on vacation and she was beyond gentle and loving. She was just magical. I was in awe of how great she was with him, made him laugh.. and with antibiotics (earringfection) we are on our way to our vacation. So thank you Miss Winter. You are a gem of a human and i cant recommend this office enough. -kimberley willett

I won’t be returning to this facility again. I actually don’t have any issues with the doctors or nurses—they were professional and provided good care. Unfortunately, the billing department has been extremely frustrating to deal with. Every year we’ve visited, there has been at least one billing error. Each time, it takes hours on the phone with the call center and multiple back-and-forth calls to try to correct the bill. Even after being told the coding would be fixed, we were still billed the same incorrect amount. And now they sent our bill to the collector. I’m not sure where the breakdown is in their billing process, but this ongoing issue has been very disappointing. Patients shouldn’t have to spend so much time fixing billing mistakes. I hope the facility takes this feedback serious
