PM Pediatric Urgent Care

I came in the day after the snow storm and was so relieved to find them open as my child’s doctors office was closed. That alone shows dedication. Once inside, everyone was so nice and friendly. They showed a great amount of patience and kindness to my two kids who were less than thrilled to be there. They got us in and out in a timely fashion while answering all my questions. Such a pleasant experience. I’d highly recommend them. Thank you!!

Such a good experience. I was in an out , greeted with smiles. The nice girl at the front desk with the pretty colored hair was really nice as well. I appreciate the diligence and professionalism that came from this place I had not one little problem. Amazing staff.

I was surprised by how rushed and impersonal the experience felt. I had two appointments scheduled on the same day and expected a more welcoming, familiar interaction with the same team, but instead everything felt very intense. I spent more time filling out forms and waiting than actually being seen, and the rapid pace made it difficult to feel heard or welcomed.it make me think" did i do something wrong?" While they do their job; During the visit, I felt interrupted and spoken over before I could fully explain my concerns, which was confusing especially since there were only two patients in the waiting room. No swab done.. no xray.. just good luck with tylenol.. any questions?no?..k.. bye! I thought my kids PCP aroud the corner was rushing.. this one even more speedy. Nothing bad being q

Tonight I brought my 3.5 year old son and 14 month old daughter in for persistent coughs. When I picked my son up from school he seemed off. Upon arriving to the office he was getting g warmer and warmer. We were brought back promptly and the assistant took my son’s temperature to see he had a 102. The nurse came in shortly (Calvin ♥️) after and was beyond kind and caring- he gave my son Tylenol for his fever. The PA came in next for both exams and determined my daughter had a tooth coming in and was fine- and my son had a double ear infection. Quickly after her diagnosis, my son began a febrile seizure. Walk-in visit at 10 pm today. Everyone was so kind from the receptionist to the medical assistant to the NP. Nurse Practitioner Tom was so knowledgeable and helpful. He was extremely welcoming and made sure I was comfortable. He ensured I was able to recieve my medication before the crazy snow storm started. 10/10 visit! Absolutely would recommend seeing Tom. Nice guy, heart made of gold.
