PM Pediatric Urgent Care

The front desk staff, nurse and doctor were all amazing! Very kind and helpful. Check in was quick and easy from my phone and we only waited about 20 min after our appt time and we were in and out pretty quickly after that! The facility was clean and smelled really good as well. We also loved the safari decor as well! We will absolutely be going back when the need arises.

My child fell severely ill with the flu and developed a severe cough as a result. Despite the late hour of 8 pm, we decided to visit the clinic without an appointment. However, unfortunately, they stopped accepting patients for the night. In our efforts to find an alternative, the nurse, who had heard my child’s cough, kindly allowed us to see the doctor. We were truly grateful for her compassionate gesture.

This was by far the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. We brought our daughter in for a possible wrist injury due to a fall. We waited for approx. 30 minutes in the waiting room after we arrived and checked in. Once we were taken back, we saw the nurse, doctor, and had an x-ray to clear her wrist and were on our way home in less than 30 minutes. It did not feel rushed, we felt heard and our daughter was fully evaluated. They were efficient and kind. An overall great experience!

Unfortunately, I have had to bring my children here quite a few times when they are under the weather at odd hours. Luckily, everyone at this office is super pleasant, professional, and efficient. They've even given a first dose of antibiotics late at night so I don't have to immediately head to the pharmacy with a sick kid in tow... Genius! I do find it faster to make an appointment if possible, especially during peak times (night before Thanksgiving), but we've never had to wait long.

Our pediatrician recommended PM when my son broke his finger at school. We were in and out very quickly with expert level care. I was shocked. They have a highly automated practice so they can take time caring for your kids. Great spot! I was very impressed with the transparency, level of care and professionalism. Highly recommend.
