PM Pediatric Urgent Care

I arrived at the office today with my 2 year old son. Before I could even get to the front desk, the receptionist recognized my son was in respiratory distress and brought him into an exam room right away. The doctor was very caring and considerate and did his best to make my son feel comfortable during the exam. We left with my son feeling much better and all of our questions answered.

Better than our first pediatric visit elsewhere. Between our newborn’s first visit and getting set up with our new pediatrician, we were worried about some congestion she was having. PM Pediatrics took us in right away. They checked her thoroughly, were very kind, and I must add — fast. No nonsense, just clear reassurance. They put us at ease, explaining that her body was simply fighting off a little something and that she was very healthy. Now she is doing great. We just needed that reassurance. Thank you, PM Pediatrics, for making this easy.

I had to take my daughter to Selden PM Pediatrics yesterday. The NP we saw was outstanding. He had amazing bedside manner, effectively diagnosed my daughter and was able to settle her stomach to help raise her blood sugar (type 1 diabetic) all while making her laugh. Selden isn’t close to where I live but it’s nice to know that we can trust in the staff and that they do an amazing job. It’s worth the drive for me. Highly recommend this location!

I've used pm pediatrics in the past with great service and care but as of late, I'm reminded why I should not go back. Made an appointment for my son to be swabbed for flu. Mentioned a relative (my mom) at home is +flu b so since it's been less than 24hours would like to be swabbed and start antivirals. Not only do they not have rapid flu swabs but viral swab results take 24 hours. Then was told they don't like to push antivirals on pediatric patients because of the side effects. Felt very judgemental. I called the next day after 24 hours and they simply said it can sometimes take a little over 24 hours to get results but will otherwise get a notification of when that test comes in. Never received a notification so I called the next day which brings us to 48 hours after swabbing and after
