PM Pediatric Urgent Care

We had to visit this urgent care last night with my daughter, who is autistic, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. From the front desk receptionist to Dr. Karen and nurse Leah were absolutely amazing. My daughter was very distressed and fought them throughout the process, but they remained incredibly patient, calm, and empathetic the entire time. They took her emotional needs seriously, explained things gently, and still managed to get everything done. Thank you Leah for calming her, we couldn’t have done this without you! We felt supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. Thank you so much to Dr. Karen and Leah!!!

PM Pediatrics is amazing. It’s clean and friendly with quick and effective care. I love being able to schedule an appointment that is convenient or the option to walk in when it’s more urgent. I also love the later hours. But we love the staff the most. Every time we have been there they treated my daughter as if she was their own child.

I’m so happy my family member told me about them! Staff was friendly and fast. Dr was personable. Office hours are great! This will definitely be our new urgent care location. To the staff, Thank you so much!

Goodness! Dr. Wallace is phenomenal! I wasn’t expecting this level of care at an Urgent Care. She is warm, kind, and exceptionally thorough. She truly listened to our concerns, asked thoughtful and probing questions to fully understand the issue, and then addressed our needs with care and intention. My husband asked our son how he thought everything went, he immediately said that he really liked Dr. Wallace—and that spoke volumes. Thank you, Dr. Wallace, and PM for having her on your staff. She is truly a jewel!

We’ve taken our twin babies here twice when we couldn’t get doctors appointments and it’s been great! We’ve made appointments same day and they always see us within 5-10 min of walking in for our appt. The tests are quick, they can administer any medicine they might need, and the staff is very helpful and understanding.
